                         Terms of booking:

  • All room prices are non-inc. breakfast; inc. all taxes, inc VAT;
  • All rates are inc. 1-2 persons, extra-bed cost 100 THB per night per bed;
  • No baby Cot available;
  • Transfer from Thongsala pier - 100 THB (one way);
  • Check-out: until 12:00 hrs (noon);
  • Safety deposit box is free and available at reception.
CANCELLATIONS: deposit are non-refundable, however guests can change the dates of booking without extra-fee (by prior notice, if available).
                         Booking restrictions:

  • Full Moon reservations a minimum stay 3 nights, and arrival date must be at least 1 day before Full Moon date;
  • Christmas reservations a minimum stay 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only;
  • New Year reservations a minimum stay 7 nights, and arrival date must be on or before 28-Th December only.
